I have tried numerous inserts over the years for my SEVERE Plantar Fasciitis heel pain but nothing seems to work as good as these. I have been wearing them for more than a year now and have found them to be the best of all the inserts I have tried. I have wasted so much money on buying any new insert that came to market just so I can get releif. I have so much pain that I was willing to do whatever it took to get rid of the pain. The inserts are the best so far and they provide comfort all day long. Of course I am in IT so I do sit in front of a computer for majority of my time but I've never been in pain while walking or standing whenever I do.

I love the powerstep insoles I received, it gives even more comford than the product made by my podotherapist. I recommend this product strongly to help combat the spur pains and have a stable walk.
