  1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON SHOES?

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you need to send your order back, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price or within 6 months for a HealthyShoeStore.com store credit in the amount the shoes. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
    In order for HealthyShoeStore.com to refund the full cost of a returned shoe without additional charges some basic requirement must be met:

      1. All shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. Please try on your shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing.

      2. Shoes must be received in their original packaging (shoe box). However, when you ship the shoe box back to us for return please place it inside a packing box to avoid damage.

      3. Please do not stick a shipping label or tape anything directly on the shoe box. Shoes shipped only in the shoe box without protective shipping packaging will be charged $8.00 for re-boxing.
      4. Please note that the life expectancy of the product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions in which the product was used in, and the unique wear patterns of the individual. Products will not be accepted as returns if the product damage is determined to be normal wear and tear, or that the life expectancy of the product has been exceeded.
      5. Discount, Sale, Closeout, Final Sale and Clearance Items are not eligible for returns. Discount, Sale and Clearance Items are eligible for FREE Exchanges. See the Exchange policy for details.

  2. HOW DO I RETURN MY SHOES?

    Return your shoes in 3 easy steps!

    1. Complete the Return Form: You have received a HealthyShoeStore.com Return Form and return address label in the package with your shoes. Simply fill out the customer information and return details section of the return form.

      If you didnt receive this form, you can download one now. Click here to download Shoe Return & Exchange Form.

    2. Packaging: Package the shoes and this form in the original shipping box. Be sure to cut off the return label at the bottom of the form and affix it to the outside of the shipping box.

    3. Shipping Label and Drop Off
      Option 1 - Ship the package back to our warehouse and administrative offices at 24 Walpole Park South, Suite 14, Walpole, MA 02081. You are responsible for the shipping charges.
      Option 2 - Call or email our customer service department and we will email a return label directly to you. Print the label and attach it to the package. Drop the package off at your nearest shipment location. This service will cost $15. Please note, this is pre-paid postage only, we do not pay for pick up.
      After the shoes are inspected, you will receive a refund. For more information on refunds, see Question #4.

    All shoes should be returned to the HealthyShoeStore.com warehouse. Please do not send your shoes back to the manufacturer. We will handle everything.

  3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON NON-SHOE PRODUCTS?

    RETURN POLICY for all Non-Shoe Products
    Non-shoe products include, but may not be limited to, slippers (house shoes), night splints, nail polish, nail polish remover, post-op shoes, post-op boots, post-operative products, arch supports, orthotics and heel suspenders. For questions regarding the return policy for your particular purchase please call our toll free Customer Service Center at 1.866.324.3338.

    Slippers are returnable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Slippers must be in the original box and original, unworn condition to be refundable. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Any used and damaged non-shoe item (arch supports, insoles, slippers, etc.) will be returned to customer without credit given.

    For hygienic reasons we cannot accept, return, or exchange personal care items (nail polish, nail polish remover, hosiery, socks, splints, back, neck wrist and arm braces and supports, or topical pain relief products) after the plastic bag has been opened or the seal has been broken. If you decide to return the item(s) that you have purchased, you may do so at your own expense. Send the items to the return address listed below. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return.

    Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase excluding shipping charges unless noted specifically on the individual product page. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return. Returned products must be in the original box and in the same condition that it was shipped.

  4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    Once your return is received and inspected by the HealthyShoeStore.com fulfillment team (usually within 5-7 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. HealthyShoeStore.com does not refund the cost of shipping.
    There is no need to contact our Customer Service Department for a return unless you have a question or need assistance.

  5. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

    From the date of receipt, all shoes and foot care products sold at HealthyShoeStore.com have a 60 day warranty that covers manufacturing defects involving materials and/or workmanship. Please read the entire warranty policy before contacting customer service.
